Whole Person Cancer Care

Module 1 - The Why and What of Whole Person Cancer Care (WPCC1)

Description
All of us who care for patients with cancer want to help them manage the fear and confusion that comes along with the disease. We want to bring the full science of cancer biology into the care of the patient. We want time and better tools to help the person with cancer into full engagement in their own care and address what matters most. When care teams do this, they establish the highest quality of care for people with cancer and for themselves.

The purpose of this course is to bring the concepts of healing and whole person care further into oncology and healthcare so that people diagnosed with cancer feel better and live longer.
